1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the purchase you’d like to request a refund for.
  3. Select Report a Problem next to that purchase.
  4. Choose the reason for your refund request.
  5. Submit the form for review.
