1. Go to the Google Play refund request page.
  2. Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase.
  3. Select the purchase you’d like to request a refund for.
  4. Choose the reason for the refund request.
  5. Submit the request for review.
  6. Refund decisions usually take 1–4 days.
