New perks are unlocked by building rooms for villains in Snake Mountain. 

During your run, you will encounter several of your villanous henchmen: 

Beast Man: Grants Skeletor extra jumps 

Spikor: Double tap to unleash an explosion, destroying all obstacles in range 

Evil Lyn: Grants a shield that temporarily protects Skeletor from damage 

Clawful:  Attracts Skelecoins towards Skeletor 

Two Bad: Skelecoins are temporarily doubled
